Republic Of Congo is a country in the Central African region of the African continent.

It's capital city is Brazzaville.

It has a population of about 5.1 million people.






Fumbwa is a famous Congolese dish.

Fumbwa is wild spinach stew.

It is made of baby spinach, smoked catfish, onions, garlic, tomatoes, ground peanuts and oil.

It is normally served with boiled plantains or cassava meal called manioc.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
