It is made of chickpea flour, rice vermicelli, roasted peanuts, chili sauce, lettuce, coriander, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing chickpea flour with salt and then cooked until smooth and silky.

It is normally sprinkled with coriander and roasted peanuts.

It is usually served with noodles.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
