Cambodia is a country in the South East Asian region and Indochina peninsula of the Asian continent.

It's capital city is Phnom Penh.

It has a population of about 16.2 million people.




Nom banh chok is a famous Cambodian dish.

Nom banh chok is Khmer rice noodles.

It is made of rice noodles, fish fillets, fish sauce, lemongrass, roasted peanuts, coconut milk, coconut cream, shrimp paste, turmeric, lime leaves, garlic, cucumber, banana flower, bean sprouts, chili, basil, sugar and salt.

It is normally garnished with basil and chili.

It is usually served with red curry sauce.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast or lunch.
