Manoushi or Manoushe is a famous Syrian food.

Manoushi is flatbread with toppings.

It is made of flour, yeast, sugar, salt and oil.

It is prepared by mixing all the ingredients to create a dough which is then flattened with a rolling pin and then baked in the oven.

It is normally topped with za'atar herbs and spice mixture.

It is usually served with olives and feta cheese.

It is mostly eaten for breakfast.
