It is made of chicken, lemongrass, black pepper,  garlic, brown sugar, oyster sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, Olek sambal and cilantro.

It is prepared by marinating the chicken with all the ingredients before being grilled until the chicken is tender.

It is normally garnished with cilantro.

It is usually served with sticky rice and chili paste.

It is mostly eaten for lunch.
